Setup and Breakdown Schedule

Vendor setup: 
Thursday, August 31st 8:00am – 5:00pm or Friday, September 1st before 12:00pm

Vendor Breakdown:
Sunday, September 3rd @5:00pm 

Art Display Requirements

Everything for sale inside the booth MUST have a visible price affixed to each art piece.


Criteria required for permission to vend include: quality and intent of services, type of merchandise, offerings, and art. The application fee must be paid when signing the Vendor Contract  and prior to August 15th.

A Grovestock Team member will contact you with the necessary Vendor Contract and payment process after reviewing your application. 
*Infinity Waves Inc. reserves the right to approve and revoke a Vendor License.  

Permission to vend requires the posting of a Vendor License at the vending location (booth or other) during all “open” hours of Vendor operation.

A representative of the Grovestock Team will contact you in regards to the acceptance of your application.

Step 3:

Once Accepted:

Sign the Liability Waiver for all of your team members.

Sign the Vendor Contract and pay the Vendor License Fee.
