Volunteer Application
Do you want to attend the festival for FREE in exchange for lending your help as an essential part of the community?
We are looking for volunteers to help us build art projects, setup facilities, take tickets, collect trash, manage parking and more. Positions may vary depending on the event.
All volunteers will be compensated with a complimentary ticket to the event depending on their contribution and of course, great memories to go with it!

Volunteer Rewards
5 hours:
Day Ticket + 1 meal
10 hours:
Weekend Ticket + 2 meals
15 hours:
Weekend Ticket, Camping Pass, + 3 work meals, + Day Ski Pass to Sunlight 2023
20 hours:
Weekend Ticket, Camping Pass, + 4 work meals, + Day Ski Pass to Sunlight 2023
40 hours:
2 Weekend Passes, Camping Pass, + 6 work meals, + 2 Day Ski Pass to Sunlight 2023
Commitment
You must fulfill a minimum of 5 hours of volunteer service to be eligible for volunteer rewards. Volunteer positions will be assigned based on availability and suitability.
Volunteer Responsibilities
You agree to perform your assigned volunteer duties to the best of your abilities, follow the instructions provided by the festival organizers, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards festival attendees and fellow volunteers.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to apply as a volunteer. If you are 17 years or younger, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will also sign the waiver on your behalf.
Application Process
By submitting your volunteer application, it does not guarantee acceptance as a volunteer. The volunteer coordinator will review your application and contact you with further instructions and information if you are selected as a volunteer.
Please read, understand and sign the Terms and Agreement and Festival Waiver after submitting your initial application.
